“I first viewed the BMW 320D on Ebay, then visited the dealership website for many more pictures and to see an online finance quotation which was very helpful. I spoke to the dealer Nick initially and discussed the car and also the approximate trade in value for my older BMW Touring which was fair. I visited Lovelycars.com by appointment the next day and found the new car to be exactly as described. After a test drive and a little negotiation a deal was reached and Nick then arranged the finance application, the Driveaway insurance cover, road tax for the new car and even connected my phone with the BMW bluetooth – All while I waited. This meant I could drive away the new car that same day, in fact within a couple of hours. I would happily use Lovelycars.com again.”

“We bought a BMW 330i from Lovelycars in Buckinghamshire earlier this month and the buying process was very straightforward. We were offered a fair part exchange price for our Renault Clio, a lot more than Webuyanycar. Nick helped us to arrange the road tax when we collected the BMW the next day, it took him only a few minutes and we were off. About a week later the tensioner of the drive belt broke and took the belt with it leaving the BMW with no power steering. This happened on a Saturday afternoon and we contacted the dealer straight away. He actually managed to buy the correct belt and tensioner and sent a mobile mechanic round to our house to fit everything that same Saturday afternoon although we live 30 miles away. This was done at no cost to us and we were happy with how this was resolved and with their service. Other than this minor blip it is a very nice car.”
