Lovelycars.com was established in 2005 in London and is still family owned and run by founders Nick and Dilyana. Over many years we have always aimed at making used car buying easier, more transparent and even more enjoyable for our new and returning customers. Our sales process is relaxed and friendly and we think we offer a buying experience which is pleasantly different than most large dealerships and car supermarkets.
We offer a range of facilities for your convenience, peace of mind and for hassle-free and certainly pressure-free buying. We are FCA registered and offer very competitive finance packages, extended vehicle warranties, Driveaway insurance and comprehensive demonstration insurance cover for a complete peace of mind during your test drive. We are also registered with HPI UK and with Experian to provide independent vehicle history data certificates.
We are very fussy and select each and every stock car individually. Our vehicles are always test driven at length by ourselves, checked over by a very reputable independent garage, tested with the latest available electronic diagnostic equipment and then thoroughly valeted and fully prepared for sale. Where possible we offer our cars with a new or very long MOT, original document packs, service history documentation and each vehicle less than 10 years old is eligible for 5 days Driveaway insurance cover by Aviva and 30 Days Breakdown assistance by Green Flag (subject to status and a nominal £24 set-up fee). We also help our customers to arrange their road tax online before each vehicle is driven away.
Our cars are carefully photographed and shown in detail inside and out in multiple very high quality images to ensure the condition, equipment and optional extras are captured and you can certainly trust our condition descriptions. For buyers travelling from a long way we are always happy to provide an additional personal or pre-recorded video of the exterior and interior of the car of your choice showing you every detail and answering any questions as we go around the vehicle. We use FaceTime, Whats App or Zoom.
If you like what you see but can not make the journey immediately we can reserve the vehicle for you for a small deposit from your debit card over the phone or paid by bank transfer. The holding deposit is refundable in full in the unlikely event that you arrive and find a fault in our vehicle or a wrong description. This popular service ensures that you will be the first person to see and drive the car of your choice and saves many customers a lot of disappointment in a fast moving market.
As a courtesy we offer a free Airport collection from Luton or Heathrow for customers flying in from Scotland, Ireland or overseas. This is just one small way by which we wish to thank our long distance buyers for travelling such distance to buy a used vehicle from us.
Please note that we do not operate an organised distance selling scheme as defined by The Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Therefore, if you choose not to view your vehicle at our premises prior to your purchase, you will not be entitled to cancel your order under a 14 day cancellation period. All other statutory rights remain unaffected.
