I recently bought a Blue Tesla Model 3 Long Range from Nick at Lovelycars.com. My overall opinion is 5 stars. Nick was honest and trustworthy. He was straight talking and not pushy at all. I was able to inspect the Tesla inside and out. I was also able to take the car out for a test drive. I have now driven over 3k miles in a month without any issues. I only know Nick through this car purchase and recommend him especially if you are looking for a Tesla. Easy to deal with, good communication, knowledgeable & honest.

Nick at Lovelycars made buying my Tesla 3 an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I phoned to reserve late on Saturday morning and by the next day I was driving home in my lovely Tesla, which was exactly as described. Nick gave me a fair price for my much older part exchange car and clearly was an expert on everything regarding Tesla cars, he was impressive. I would recommend to anyone that buying a car from Nick at Lovelycars will be the best decision you’ll make this year.

I bought my Tesla from Nick at Lovelycars.com and the whole experience was completely effortless from start to finish. I travelled all the way from Cornwall and Nick personally picked me up from the train station, making the whole process easy and stress-free. The car was better than described, fully charged and ready to go which was a really nice touch. Everything was very straightforward, no pressure and exactly how buying a car should be. I genuinely couldn’t recommend him enough, absolute pleasure to deal with! Top bloke and a great service.

It is always daunting buying a secondhand car, so much of it is done on trust. I trusted the owner Nick from the first time I met him, a gentleman, very knowledgeable and engaged in the process. No hard selling. I was left to my own devices to look over the vehicle to make up my mind. The car was everything the Ad specified and more. I wasn’t spending a great deal but felt valued. Would highly recommend!

Nick was so helpful and kind, he made buying the Dacia a lovely experience. He handled all the paperwork and kept us informed of what we needed to do at each step. I would definitely recommend to everyone, I love my new car and I couldn’t be happier!

We purchased a 2021 BMW i3 from Lovelycars. We really felt the dealer Nick went above and beyond, delivering the car to us at a convenient time and with his aftersales support. The drivers side heated seat stopped working a few days after delivery and Nick didn’t hesitate to take the BMW back and got it resolved for us in 24 hours. Highly recommended!

From the minute I got in touch with Nick at Lovelycars I knew that I would not receive the same level of service anywhere else. The quality of his online advert, the service as well as the vehicle itself, a lovely BMW i3S, was 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend Nick and Lovelycars to anyone!

Excellent service and I am delighted with my new car! The MINI Convertible was beautifully cleaned inside and out and all paperwork was done very efficiently. The company owner Nick collected me from the station for which I was very grateful as I’d had a long journey from Stansted. Overall I was impressed by the service I received and would totally recommend this dealer.

I travelled 600 miles from Aberdeen to make this purchase. I was collected by the dealer Nick at his local train station. I bought a beautiful Mercedes CLA250 Estate and Nick was very helpful, he took the time to make sure I was happy and familiar with the car before I drove it back home. Nick is an honest and reputable car dealer who was very easy to work with. A rare thing these days! I recommend Lovelycars highly!

“Outstanding experience! Nick was amazing and his customer service was impeccable. The transaction was easy and worry free and if you need to travel long distance to buy a car you won’t waste your time. I would definitely buy a car from Lovelycars again!”

“Nick and Dilyana have made purchasing the Audi so easy and seamless! I couldn’t be more delighted with my new car! Nick was so attentive when I told him what I wanted and the specific features I’d like. He delivered better than I was expecting. I would definitely recommend Lovelycars.com to anyone looking to purchase a car and trade in their old one and I know exactly who to go to when it’s time for my next upgrade! Thank you for everything!”

“Very easy and pleasant buying process although I am based over 200 miles away in Cheshire! The dealer Nick personally collected me from Heathrow airport, all paperwork for my purchase was already prepared and the BMW 125i was presented in wonderful condition. I had paid a small deposit, the balance was paid by bank transfer from my phone, everything was very swift and I was ready to drive away in minutes! Highly recommended, would love to deal with Nick again.”

“I researched a lot before I found the right car for me. I then spent even more time to research the dealership and Lovelycars.com have a whole host of positive reviews! I change cars regularly and own two to four cars at a time so I’m no novice in buying them. I arranged a viewing, met Nick and from there things went from strength to strength. I am very pleased with my new car and I cannot speak highly enough of the process and of Nick himself. This is a small family business that relies on feedback and in this day and age reputation is everything so here is what I think: Car – exceptional, Service – exceptional! I will definitely stay in touch with Nick as he is a genuine and extremely knowledgeable chap!”

After much searching I arranged to view a lovely MINI Convertible that I had seen online. From my initial conversation to arrange a time and to make a refundable deposit to reserve the car, owner Nick was very polite and friendly. He also kindly sent me a short video of the car. I did have to travel nearly 2.5 hours to view the MINI and absolutely loved the car at first sight and also found Nick to be professional, polite and quite a refreshing change from your stereotypical car salesman. We went through everything on the car, Nick allowed me to take it for a drive with no pressure to purchase. We agreed a fair price for my part-exchange Honda and the deal was done and hands shook!! The new car didn’t miss a beat on the journey back. Not a grumble or groan. Now waiting for the sun to come out, the roof to go down and to finally enjoy the sunshine driving around the country lanes with the wind in my hair. Thank you very much for making the experience so nice. I would not hesitate to buy from Nick and Loveycars.com again!

“We received excellent service from start to finish and are delighted with our new car. Nick is a true professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were looking for a well priced top quality low mileage BMW and are absolutely delighted with our purchase. From the outset Nick went above and beyond to assist and patiently answered all our questions without any pushy sales tactics. He delivered the car to us to test drive and purchase ensuring throughout the process we were entirely happy with everything. Highly recommend Nick and we will certainly make sure he is our first point of contact for future purchases. What a breath of fresh air to find someone genuinely committed to delivering first class service and top quality vehicles… thanks again Nick!”

Great transaction, the dealer Nick was very honest and straightforward and the purchase of the BMW was made very easy for me. Very happy with my new car!

“Nick was so helpful and knowledgeable, there was no hard sell, the car actually sold itself. The whole process of purchasing it was very easy and quick even in these tricky times.”

“I found Nick’s Mitsubishi on Auto Trader. I was looking for an Outlander PHEV and his ad caught my eye just by the way he presented the car, the colour, extras, even the background where the photos were taken. I made contact with Nick and discussed the car. He was fully up to date with how the Outlander PHEV works, the battery and it capacity etc. I explained I was from Sligo in Ireland and he said that was no issue at all as he would collect me from Luton or Heathrow airport as part of the service, no charge. I flew to Edinburgh and then on to Heathrow where Nick collected me. The Outlander was just fantastic, exactly as described. We had coffee, a nice chat and signed the paperwork. Nick then went through a detailed handover of the car and showed me all that I needed to know before leaving. It was a pleasure just to meet Nick. What a professional. I will be back for another car…”

“The dealer Nick was very patient with my demands and very understanding. He was also honest with a minor fault that had occurred after the vehicle was prepared for sale and ensured that the niggle was rectified under the manufacturer’s warranty. The Abarth was fairly priced and quite unique. On the test drive the local roads were superb and allowed me to push the car within limits. There was delay in me picking put the car due to my schedule and the dealer ensured the delay was minimised and filled up the car with petrol for me. The experience was very friendly and reminded me of buying from a long term owner who had detailed knowledge of the car.”
